Hello, I have a problem. I turned off my PC, I turned it back on, I entered my password but it doesn't work. They tell me "your PC is offline. Connect using the last password used on this PC" while I have never changed my password.
Please help me!!

Did you forget your password or not?
Are you sure about your password?
Have you checked the caps lock and num lock keys?
Also, make sure your keyboard is set to azerty, at the bottom right of the page: French.
Once that's done, are you on wifi?
If so, plug in the ethernet cable and try again
if you have a Microsoft account and not a local one.
