Bluetooth on Asus T300 Chi

Hello,
I can't activate Bluetooth on my computer. The only problem is, without it, I can't use my keyboard.
I can't find the button or menu to activate Bluetooth. If anyone has the same computer as me, could you please indicate where the Bluetooth activation menu is?

        Try reinstalling Bluetooth_Intel_Win81_64_VER17115060563.zip and see if that improves things!

    In order for the parameters to appear, the Bluetooth function may need to be turned on
    and follow the advice from the note given by glg29 (Hi glg.! )
    The power button is there, highlighted in yellow

    Excerpt from the notice for your device, page 65 of the PDF (attached below) 
    Pair the ASUS tablet with a Bluetooth device
    You must pair the ASUS tablet with your Bluetooth device before 
    you can transfer data. To do this, use the touchpad as follows:
    1. Open the Action Bar.
    2. Click first on Settings and then on Change PC settings.
    3. From the next screen, select Devices > Bluetooth, and then enable Bluetooth connection.
    4. Select a device from the list. Compare the authentication code appearing on your ASUS tablet screen with the one sent to your Bluetooth device. If they are identical, click Yes to pair the two devices.
    NOTE: some Bluetooth devices require entering the code 
    appearing on your ASUS tablet

      I have already seen this notice, the only problem is that I can't find the Play Bluetooth settings when I follow the procedure; at one point, there's nothing more, I can't find the Bluetooth settings.
