Delete lines after filtering them

Hello everyone!
Here I am again with a new question: How do I delete a large number of rows after filtering them?
Example:
T-shirt color: blue
By filtering to only get the references of t-shirts with the blue color for the purpose of deleting them! There are definitely some "between rows" that I can't delete.
Can you please guide me on how to do it? I read that I had to press Alt + ; but it doesn't work.
It's driving me crazy.
