Hello,

You need to go to your user library and to get there, from Finder/menu "Go" while holding down the option (alt) key, you'll see "Library" appear in the menu; open it with a click, then go to the Preferences folder and put these two files in the trash:

com.google.GoogleEarthPlugin.plist

com.google.GoogleEarthPlus.plist

Try Google Earth again, is it working?

When it’s urgent, it’s already too late (Talleyrand)

Thank you for your response, I deleted the second one:
com.google.Googlehearthplus.plist
I didn't delete the first one titled:
com.google.GECommonSettings.plist
Should I delete it?
I can't open Google Earth right now...
Thank you for your response.

Re,
The only one I deleted corresponds to yours
look at the second one, it's different from yours!
But let me reassure you, IT WORKS...
I forced it to quit, then I opened it and..... it works...
I congratulate you on your knowledge and I thank you for helping me out

Preference files differ depending on the version of Mac OS.
If it's good, great, enjoy your visits ;-)
And have a good evening.
