Hello everyone!

I haven't made any purchases on the site www.dhgate.com yet because I have some hesitations regarding the delivery information. Could some consumers of this site guide me on the "instructions"? Knowing that there are two address sections, should I provide my address (purely French) translated into English?

    Hello

    The address must not contain any unknown characters in common English:

    ç, à, é, è, ù, î, oe etc

    It messes up their files.

    You give your address untranslated (Rue du Chateau without the ^ on the a.. And not Castle Street for example).

      letters of the English alphabet =

      Unaccented letters.. This excludes à, é, è, ê, ë, ä, ö, ü, î..

      You're a bit of a daredevil for wanting to order from this slightly dubious DHgate.. In case of a problem (e.g. a warped frame during transport..) there will be no recourse..

      This was already explained a bit higher up..
