How to reset an Epson XP 325 printer

Hello,
I just bought an Epson XP 325, and after 20 prints, the color cartridges are supposedly empty and the printer is blocked until I change the empty cartridge. So I buy color cartridges again and the same thing happens, empty after a few prints, and I'm sure I still have enough to print a few more pages...
Do you have any advice on how to trick the ink level sensors or something similar? Everything I've found online doesn't correspond to my printer model...

Hello, maybe you should uninstall it and then reinstall it.

It rarely works to trick the printer about the ink levels. You can always try injecting water into the cartridges, but there's no guarantee it will work or that it won't cause the printer to crash.
I can suggest something: buy third-party cartridges. They’ll be much cheaper than the original cartridges.
