Hello and thank you for the feedback......
In fact, it's exactly what I thought, it's the used ink counter that is full and preventing the printer from functioning ► You need to reset this counter to zero by following what is noted below
1► Download and install Wic Reset for Windows ► Here
2► For your information, this is the free version valid for 1 trial which is supposed to reset the counter not to zero but to 80% memory
3► The paid version is below and costs about €10, valid for life and without restriction
4► Everything is on the same link as above (Tutorial, printer compatibility....yours is indeed compatible) ► List
This has been done several times successfully, not necessarily with the XP-355 model but there's no reason why it shouldn't work in my opinion
To switch to French ► See the top right of the page ► Language...
Let me know the result obtained ► You can possibly try with the free version and if it works, switch to the paid version for €10
I just found a video that should help you ► See this link
*For your information ► See this link or This one
Best regards and A+

Hello,
Thank you for the information that I have successfully implemented.
I couldn't get through with the free version of "Wic Reset" because I was stuck on the section asking for the key.
So, I decided to purchase the key for €7.99. It's still cheaper than buying a new printer.
Thanks to your advice, I was able to solve my problem.
It was true that my counter, according to the transaction, was at 95%.
Thank you very much.
Have a good day.

Hello .....
Which counter are you referring to? ► The one for used inks?
Do you have a message or anything else about this printer?
Best regards

Thank you for your message.
Actually, I have already researched well on the web.
At Epson and also other manufacturers, printers are blocked after a certain number of prints. The print counter is not accessible, but it is indeed real.
Once blocked, the printer is unusable.
It was while changing an ink cartridge that I received the following message on the small screen of my printer: "The ink pads of the printer are nearly at the end of their life."
I know there are tricks, through small applications, that allow you to reset this counter. That's what I'm looking for.
On the web, I found a paid trick (€2.50 for "one single" reset of this counter). But before anything else, I would like to have confirmation via Comment ça Marche on this type of action.
Here is the site in question that I didn't know about, but which seems serious at first glance! :
Reset Epson XP355 - Printer XP355 - Epson XP355 (resetepsonap.com)
On the web, there are other sites, but I do not venture.
Otherwise, my printer, which is already a few years old, will block permanently soon.
Best regards

Hello ......
Thanks for the feedback, and I'm glad for you if everything is fine...
I'm not too surprised that the so-called free version works on the first try because the goal is to sell an activation key... but in my opinion, €7.99 is a steal compared to the cost of renewing the printer if it still works well!
Make sure to keep this key safe just in case...
Have a nice day, and maybe see you later
I'm marking the topic as resolved
Best regards
