Reinstall "Packard Bell Recovery Management"

Hello, I had uninstalled Packard Bell Recovery Management in order to reinstall it because I couldn't open it, but I've tried many sites and still haven't found it. So I can't perform a reset. Thank you for your understanding, and if you know how to do it, please let me know.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 45.0.2454.101

    Hi,

    right after starting your PC, hold down the Alt key and then press F10; it should launch the recovery from the partition.
