Free: the aftermath of a blocked, then unblocked compromised account!

Hello,
At the beginning of September, my email account (free.fr) was compromised and blocked. So I couldn't receive any emails. After extensive searching on the internet, I found out how to request unblocking from the Abuse service. I changed my password, etc. Mid-September, oh luck, my account was unblocked! Victory? Hmm...
Despite the unblocking, I hardly receive any emails from any contacts anymore.
My email address must have been removed? eliminated? blocked? from the contact lists of almost all my contacts.
For example: I used to receive newsletters from several sites I had subscribed to, nothing now!
So I re-subscribed, entering my email address again, but still nothing; this free.fr address does not work on many sites (e.g. facebook, commentcamarche, consoglobe, linternaute, etc., several dozens of sites!!). I no longer receive any notifications, newsletters, etc.
Moreover, some people tell me they are sending me emails, but I don't receive them!
If I meet these people, it's a lesser evil, but as for the distant contacts, how can I know who can no longer email me???
Why does my free.fr address only work partially?
I have done some tests by sending emails to myself, and that worked...
Before the block, I received an average of 20 emails per day; since the unblocking, I only receive 3 or 4...
I keep re-subscribing everywhere; it doesn't help!!!
What should I do? Is anyone else in my case?

I just went to visit the server, and there, surprise, I'm no longer on Zimbra but back on Free!!! It's been years since I migrated to Zimbra, so??? I don't know if this is annoying or not...??? What do you think?
I went digging a bit into all the subfolders (Inbox, Drafts, Junk, Sent, Trash) but didn't find any emails that hadn't been handled by Inbox and that I would have wanted to receive.
In summary, the received emails in the Inbox on the Free server are the same as those brought into Incoming Mail in Thunderbird, and in the Junk or Trash, there are none of the expected emails.
However, VERY INTERESTING: the 64 emails sent by the hacker(s) during the hacking at the beginning of September are indeed in the Sent folder; they resulted in 120 drafts in the Drafts folder... that's where the troubles started, if I may say so, Free has blocked my email, in a way that's good, but since then it's just a mess!

Just so you know, with Free you can create xxx email addresses, which is really useful!
I have six of them....
- one for the bank
- one for the administration (taxes, social security, etc...)
- one for Engie, Veolia, EDF....
- the others are "disposable" addresses I use for signing up on websites or making online orders.
- etc...
You shouldn't put all your eggs in one basket.

I have exactly the same problem: Following the blocking of my account, supposedly compromised (actually, I made a mistake with Outlook trying to recover an old email file), I no longer receive certain emails from certain addresses: I removed all filters, I even added this particular address to my safe contacts, but nothing works: the address is blocked, I don’t know what to do, as this address is used to receive login links for an application. And this application does not allow changing the email address. In short, I’m stuck. Any ideas?
