IPhone synchronization stuck on step 2

Hello,
I can't sync my iPhone 5s with Windows anymore; it's stuck at step 2 of syncing notes for several hours.

I don't know what to do, and if this continues, it might end up out the window...

Please help me quickly.

    Hi, if the synchronization is stuck, disconnect your iPhone, close iTunes, and restart it, click on Help then Check for Updates.

    I had the same problem but since I updated iTunes, I no longer have any issues; the synchronization doesn't get stuck on Notes anymore.

      I can't find "HELP" and I've just updated and reinstalled iTunes...

      Help is found on the File line at the top left; if you don't see it, press the Control key and the B key at the same time.
      That said, if you just reinstalled iTunes, I think it is up to date.

      I succeeded !! I had to get the synchronization of my devices diagnosed! Thank you for taking the time to respond to me :)

      I had the same problem and I diagnosed the synchronizations and it worked! To diagnose the synchronizations: Help / run a diagnostic / device synchronization tests.
