How to connect my box without a phone socket

Hello,
I just moved into brand new buildings, Bouygues confirmed that I could proceed with connecting my box, but I realized that I don't have a telephone socket, only an RJ45 socket (or RJ11, I don’t know). I tried everything but nothing works, I can't connect my box, could you please help me?

Hello
it's with the RJ45 cable but the line needs to be active. I already had this problem, a technician needs to do the necessary work in the telecom cabinet! Well, for me it took several days and 2 technicians
