My PC stuck on "shutting down"

Hello ?,

I have a problem, this morning when I turned on my Asus PC, which was indeed turned off, it showed "shutting down." I must have let my PC charge for 2 hours and nothing new happened. No matter how much I try to force shutdown, when I turn it back on, I get the same first image of the shutting down process again. However, yesterday when I turned it off, I waited long enough for it to show shutting down before closing the lid.
What should I do please? I would like to avoid losing my data.

Thank you in advance ?.

Hello,
Try this:
turn off the computer
unplug it
remove the battery
press and hold the power button for ten seconds
reinsert the battery
and turn it back on.

Hello,
I tried but it didn't work. But when I turned it on for the umpteenth time, I alternately pressed F2 and F9. Something appeared, I exited the display without touching anything and it turned on normally. I didn't understand anything, but as long as it works again.
Thanks anyway.

Hello, this is the issue with the stopping at the shutdown screen after the Windows 10 update that I installed this summer. I just turned it off: long press for at least 10 seconds, waited a few minutes, then I turned it back on. And here is my welcome screen. Thanks to all the pros, I take some, I leave some, it helps move things forward, Dan.
