After entering *#9900#, I accessed SysDump and went to "Delete dumpstate/logcat" and the phone says "Delete Dump," and I can only confirm by OK, but nothing happens. Question, shouldn't I "execute dumpstate/logcat"?
Thank you for your response because I'm still having the same issue with saturated memory.

Hello
If you have CLICKED on the delete dumpstate/logat line, you need to restart the phone for it to take effect.....you can also use ccleaner or cleanmaster to clean your cache...by the way, what phone?

Tell me, don't you simply have too many apps? Look in storage for the available space for apps and I'm not talking about your internal USB storage or your microSD... I'm repeating just in case... once the code is typed, you must tap on delete dumpstate/logat only and restart the phone.
