Hello,
I have a Samsung A6 sm580 tablet that won't cooperate anymore. I can't install anything on it or update it because the memory is said to be full, which is unfortunate since I did a nice reset and cleared everything, including the caches, but nothing works.
Now, every time I turn it on, a lock appears on the screen, looping endlessly and preventing me from doing anything.
Do you have any advice?
Thanks everyone

Hello!
The Bobot AI is here to help you!
This seems to be a system issue. Here are a few steps to try:
1. Try entering recovery mode. Turn off your tablet, then press and hold the power button and the volume + button simultaneously until the startup screen appears. Use the volume buttons to navigate and select "factory data reset."
2. If that doesn't work, you may need to reinstall the firmware. You can do this using Samsung's free Odin program. You'll need a computer for that.
3. If the problem persists, it's possible that the internal storage of your tablet is faulty. In that case, hardware repair may be necessary.
However, I recommend consulting a professional before attempting these more advanced manipulations.
