Hi.
You are in the pivot table: at the top right, it displays "PivotTable Tools" ; then you go to
Options / Calculations / Fields, Items & Sets / Calculated Field

I fear you may not have understood how PivotTables work.
Formulas work on the entire column if you code them in tools / formula / calculated field
