Hello*

Who has had a PayPal dispute, as a seller, with a buyer who is a scammer who sends an empty envelope and retrieves the purchase money via PayPal… The scam I’m currently dealing with for 350 euros… Who has managed to obtain an official police report (handwritten) from the gendarmerie? and who won against their buyer? ..

    This is not a police report that needs to be filed but a complaint for theft. Any evidence showing that the package was empty upon arrival will be admissible (e.g., postage based on weight).

    Send a copy of the complaint to PayPal to request the restitution of the amount owed.

    So, I asked the police to file a “main courante” (incident report) after the return of my gold piece... (HIDE THE LETTER, of course). Paypal received in PDF the incident report that I scanned (mostly saved in PDF format), with all the letters exchanged with this miserable scammer... A little trick too... When I sent my gold piece to the USA by regular mail, I immediately sensed the setup because he asked me by email what a simple shipment is?... While he had asked for a simple shipment long before the payment via Paypal... Right away. I went back to the Post Office and sent an empty shipment with tracking; to have proof..., I put a little note saying that, he may have won a battle but not the WAR; So after all these exchanges, Paypal ruled in my favor and refunded my money... Sorry for my language and the mistakes... I toast to my victory.. So especially last piece of advice, I got turned away at the gendarmerie in my district, I went to another one with my friend... The gendarme wasn’t enthusiastic... So my friend told him that a law had passed allowing any French person to file a main courante at any gendarmerie in any department or city... So, don’t be discouraged and the girls should go with a guy who has confidence and knows what he’s talking about... YAY, I am so happy...
