Une section a besoin d'un sous titre (souvent h2) mais bon c'est juste un warning normalement.

le validateur que tu as utilisé est obsolète et les autres ne sont pas faites pour ce que tu veux (validation html5) voici la bonne adresse pour du html5 : https://validator.w3.org/nu/

lut;)
si tu as passé 'ton' site à la moulinette du validateur ... aucun soucis SI tout est bon, les ' avertissements ' ne signalent que quelques recommandations souvent très / trop pointues MAIS  pas obligatoires :)
de plus pour la  question anglais / français tu peux toujours passer par le lien donné par 'animostab' pour, peut-être une meilleures compréhension ...
In fine, pour de l'aide réelle = il faudrait " voir " ;)

je rajoute le soucy bouton ok en haut a droite il y a une petite difenren entre chrome et fifrfox 

es ce que vous pouvez me conseiler afin de mettre bien
en attendant je vais essaier le modifier
