I receive channels in horizontal polarity, not in vertical.

Hello*
For the last 15 days, I have been unable to receive channels with vertical polarization while I have no reception issues with horizontal polarization. I haven’t changed any settings.
When I run a scan for channels on the Freesat satellite, they all appear on the list, but I can only receive those with horizontal polarization.
What should I check or adjust?

    Either your terminal is malfunctioning and isn't changing voltage to reverse polarity (14 or 18 volts) or it's your head that's gone haywire...

      Thank you, Andy. I have two separate terminals (because I have 2 TVs in 2 different rooms) connected to the same satellite dish with a single LNB but with 2 cables running from the same LNB to each terminal, and I have the same problem on both. I conclude from your response that I need to change the LNB.

      Ah in that case, the twin head does seem to be at fault.

      keep us updated because a twin having issues on both outputs at the same time (I've never seen that)
