Issue with receiving Moroccan channels on HOTBIRD satellite

Hello,
for a few days now I haven't had any Moroccan channels, tvm, almaghribiya, assadissa... on Hotbird. I tried to do an automatic search again but there's still no signal. If you could help me I would be very grateful. It's very urgent please. Thank you in advance.

    You may have an old decoder that doesn't support HD channels; all Moroccan channels recently switched to HD. My father bought an HD decoder and he can receive all the channels again.

      Thank you, since August I haven't stopped tinkering without any results, of course I need to buy a new one since it's HD now.
