IPhone stuck after language change

Hello,
I have an iPhone 5c that was in English. I changed the language to Spanish (because I speak Spanish) but now it says "cambiando idiomas " for almost 2 hours (while this message should only display for a few seconds ... Can you please tell me how to proceed?

Configuration: iPhone / Safari Indeterminable

    Have you tried restarting the smartphone?

        Wait for it to discharge on its own.
        It will eventually turn off.
        Then you charge it and turn it on.
