Coupure toutes les 3 minutes : No Ranging Response received - T3

Bonjour,

Je fait appele à votre aide j'ai un problème de réseaux ma connection se coupe toutes les 3 minutes ou 5 minutes pendant plusieurs minutes ou heures.
Le réseaux est dans un immeuble Thailandais dure de trouver de l'aider et des gens compétent ici, La connection Cisco Cable Modem je n'y connais pas grand chose en réseaux alors je vois met ci joint ici le log d'erreur que j'ai en permanence :

C'est très désagréable la connection se coupe tous le temps. Je ne sait pas d'ou ca vient j'ai essayer de redemarrer les rooter, deux Linksys WRT54GL.

Voila je n'y connais pas grand chose, cependant les chiffres concernant le signal downstream et upstream change si la connection est entrain de marcher ou non, les chiffres indiquer ici sont lorsque la connection est en état de marche

Salut,
A part te plaindre à ton opérateur câble et vérifier la qualité du câble et des connexions dans la partie qui t'es accessible, je ne vois pas ce que tu peux faire.
