Hello,
About a month ago I bought a laptop, unfortunately I know very little about this subject.
Anyway, the salesperson at the store (Hyper U) recommended the Asus X552W since I had a budget of around 400 euros (the computer was on sale, 430 instead of 500 euros), and he told me with this one you could do whatever you want and even play a game (bestseller) even though gaming is not my intention.
Since then, I have been streaming anime, but at the start of each video the images lag, I have to pause the video to let it load. At first, I thought it was my connection (wrong), then the website or the player (wrong again), then someone told me your graphics card must be awful, so I told him it’s an R5 M230 1gb (sticker on the PC + salesperson's remark) but when I went to check the settings I was amazed that the computer indicates R2 o_0
So I would like to know if the graphics card is really the problem and if the store has the right to make such a misleading "advertisement".
Thank you for your response
And if you could explain to me more precisely what the Amd E1 and Radeon R2 are ^^'

Hi
So, the processor is too slow, the graphics card, don’t even get me started... No wonder it’s lagging...

Good evening, €500 as the base price is not very honest. You can find equivalents for less than €300. These are entry-level low-consumption PCs to avoid.
We already have a hard time finding knowledgeable advisors in many specialized shops, so at Super U ... it's better to stick to asking them questions about laundry detergent. A salesperson is there to sell anyway, not to advise.
My friends think I'm a computer genius for always fixing their computers. Truthfully, I'm just really better at using Google than they are.
