    Hello,
Do you have an American Megatrends BIOS? The red pyramid? If so, I have the solution, otherwise tell me the brand of your BIOS and I will help you.
First of all, if your BIOS says press F1 to resume, it means it has detected a problem, please tell me exactly the lines that are above "Press F1 to resume" please.

Hello, so we can clearly see that in your list there is a line that reads: Sec slave HARD DISK: SMART CD failed. Translation: Slave hard disk failure. So you have a hard disk that is malfunctioning. How many hard drives do you have? 2, I imagine?

      Dimitrouille,
      Little correction
      2 x 500GB HDD and one 1TB.
I just noticed that in maconfig only 2 are recognized: one 500GB and one 1TB. The problem might come from there?
      What do you think?

Yes indeed... So when you press F1, does your computer boot normally?
    Best regards

Yes, I had the same problem with my Megatrend BIOS... It was when I had my Asus K8V X SE motherboard, now I have an MSI K8N Neo 4h motherboard. I bought a new one because my PCI ports were malfunctioning... On my old motherboard, I also had the "Press F1 to resume" message. I checked on ma-config.com and all the drivers were outdated... I couldn't install them, so I bought a new motherboard.
      Best regards.
