Issue purchasing Imvu credits

Hello, as the title suggests, I can't buy Imvu credits, whether it's by SMS, phone, etc.! It's important to note that I live on the island of Réunion. I've looked for some things to find a solution, but I haven't found anything; they're all old topics. That's why I'm allowing myself to create another one in hopes of getting some help. I should also add that before I could buy Imvu credits by SMS and phone, but now it no longer works. Thank you in advance :)
