How to change your username on IMVU?

Hello,

I would like to change my USERNAME and not my password on the IMVU game. I have checked several sites, and they tell me I need to become VIP. Can someone tell me, after becoming VIP, how I can change my USERNAME?

To change your username, you must pay for the ownership of your current username. Go to your IMVU web, then 'credits', 'buy credits', and there you will get a page with prices and payment methods. Here you will find 'tokens' for 'choose a new name' and 'register your avatar name'. You first need to pay 'register your avatar name' at $19.99 and then 'choose a new name' at $12.99. Sometimes there are promotions, so the prices are lower. You also need a bank card to make these transactions. Oh, and if you have been VIP for 3 consecutive months, you do not need to pay the $12.99 to get a new name ticket because you already get it in your account. (since a certain date, we can no longer remove our Guest_ without VIP) So in summary, first remove the Guest_ if you have it by registering your current avatar name in IMVU's database, then change it via your account > change avatar name (in the right column, 7th), and then you just have to enter the new name and confirm. (if you have the token)

I paid to change my username and I haven't received anything for 2 days. I sent the proof to Imbu and haven't received any response from them. I paid and I don't understand, could you please help me? Thank you.
