Hello,
I want to "freely" move a text block on a text page.
It seems to me that the anchor forces me to move this block in a somewhat random way (?). When I use the arrows to move this block, it’s complete mayhem...
Does anyone have an explanation??

Hello,
The anchor simply indicates which line of text the text box will move with.
Try to choose the "in front of text" or "square" wrapping style. The exact way to do this varies with different versions of Word.
Depending on the complexity of the layout you want to create, it can sometimes be worthwhile to turn to software like Publisher.
