Erreur : SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Bonsoir, tout d'abord merci bcp pour votre réponse très bien expliquée :)
Premier problème qu'on va rencontrer et qui va m'empêcher d'essayer votre solution c'est que je n'ai pas de master CD comme vous dites (le CD de boot ?!) .
Quand j'avais acheté ce PC le CD de sauvegarde (de restauration) n'a jamais voulu se graver correctement et du coup j'avais abandonné ...
Une autre solution ? Peut-on trouver un master cd ??

Le pc refonctionne ! J'ai ouvert le dessous du pc ce matin pour jeter un coup d'oeil, j'ai enlever les 2 barrettes de ram puis tout remis en ordre et là miracle il s'est rallumé normalement ...
J'aimerais savoir si je pouvais faire quelque chose sur le pc pour éviter que ça ne se reproduise. Faut-il que je laisse tomber Win10 ???
