Hello, I ordered a PC wheel from LDLC.be, home delivery. The problem is their tracking system is crap and I don't understand it:

Monday 27/07/2015 05:00 Belgium - Dedicated Express Network Shipment out for delivery Location: Brussels - BE

Thursday 23/07/2015 17:43 Chronopost France Shipment in transit Location: St Exupery - FR
Comment: Processed on an international connection

Thursday 23/07/2015 17:09 SAINT EXUPERY AIRPORT CHRONOPOST Shipment picked up by the sender

Thursday 23/07/2015 12:00 LDLC Shipment ready at the sender's Location: 1/1

Does that mean I will have it on Monday?

    Chronopost BUNCH OF THIEVES! I ordered a car part that was supposed to be delivered by this sh** company, I received a text saying my package has arrived at the pickup location and guess what, NOTHING! No trace of the package!

    Chronopost only hires thieves, incompetent fools, and useless people! A sh** service!
    Today I'm waiting for my refund!

        It's been 6 years since the message was sent, well done... not bad.

        Although you defend Chronopost,

        it's important to emphasize that there are good couriers as well as bad ones.

        Chronopost doesn't necessarily see the difference when hiring.
