Create layer: how to send it to the back DIRECTLY

Hello everyone.
I'm on W8.1 / Photoshop CC
I know the software quite well as I've been using it for many years now.
I can't remember how to make it so that when creating a layer / fill layer, it goes directly under the existing layer stack. There is a shortcut, but I can't remember it, sniff...

Thank you for your help.

    Hello:

alt+shift+ctrl + click on the new layer icon
if no layer is active, the new layer will be placed at the bottom of the stack

      Hello,
so I just applied your method.
In the end, a simple ctrl+click on the layer symbol in the palette allows you to create a layer below the active layer.
Well, that's good, but it's not exactly what I want, as I work a lot with keyboard shortcuts.
I want to be able to create a fill layer (no default shortcut assigned) and have it at the bottom of the stack.
I should specify that this task has become recurrent for me lately and I waste a lot of time constantly taking the newly created layer and dragging it under the layer stack.
I want to clarify my current process: creating a layer (ctrl+shift+w) + sending to back (shift+ctrl+alt+,), it works but it's not perfect. I’m sure we can do it with a single shortcut.

      (ctrl+shift+w) + background layout (shift+ctrl+alt+,)

      why these two actions?
ctrl+shift+alt places your alpha layer underneath the stack
you just have to be careful not to have an active layer

on the other hand, to do the same thing with a fill layer in one shortcut, I'm stuck....
