Hello, I’m on a Toshiba Satellite and, you’re going to tell me that this topic has already been raised but, a window keeps opening, too often actually since I disconnected my motherboard fan to power it externally 0!) (don't judge me okay!) I’d like to know if we could disable this message because it causes unpleasant Windows pop-ups even though my cooling system is working fine.

Hello,
This message indicates that the cooling system is not working or not detected.
The reason is that you unplugged it for external ventilation.
You cannot disable this message except by reconnecting the fan (which I recommend).
If you have a ventilation issue, you can always completely clean your heatsink and replace the thermal paste. Then you can invest in a ventilated stand in addition to the original fan. If it's a noise issue, you can just replace the original fan.
