Hello,
Following an attempt to disinfect my PC, I notice a new problem: when I click to start browsing, a window appears at the bottom of the screen indicating: "Do you want to open or save f.txt from ad.doubleclick.net?" (open-save-cancel). I don't dare to "open" or "save" and always click on "cancel" to make the window disappear. How can I prevent this window from appearing again?
Thank you.

Hello,
To check for malware:
Follow the FRST tutorial.
(Make sure to take the time to read it thoroughly to apply it correctly - everything is explained there).
Download and run the FRST scan, this will generate three FRST reports:
Send these three reports to the site http://pjjoint.malekal.com as explained, and in return, give the three pjjoint links that lead to these reports here in a new response so we can consult them.

Like the angel you are, you laugh creating a lightness in my chest,
Your eyes they penetrate me,
(Your answer's always 'maybe')
That's when I got up and left.
