Hello,

I have a colleague who is having an issue with her printer and Excel. When she prints a file from Excel, the printer prints symbols instead. We would like to know how to fix this, please?

We have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver.
We have turned the printer off and on.
We have restarted her computer, but nothing works.

Actually, it's all good, we've found a solution although we're not sure if it's the right one.

We reinstalled the printer driver locally.

Now it's working again.
