Hello everyone!
I recently had a problem with my PC. Let me explain:
My keyboard takes about a second to respond when I press a key. When I write a text like this or when I'm playing a game, there's a delay between what I'm typing and what appears on the screen, which is really annoying.
I searched for solutions online, but for all the problems similar to mine, the solution was "Disable Filter Keys." I followed the steps, and Filter Keys were not enabled; I even tried enabling and disabling them just in case, but nothing works: the problem persists.
Having had a keyboard in my hands since I was young, I've tried to fix this issue myself. But since I couldn't find the solution, I'm turning to you!

P.S.: I also have another issue that arose at the same time: the PC's startup has gone from around 30 seconds to about 5-10 minutes.

For those who come by later:
To fix this, I launched a scan with RogueKiller, ZHPCleaner, and AdwCleaner (in that order because AdwCleaner restarts the computer) in safe mode.
