Hello everyone,
I am seeking your help because after searching, I have not found any solutions to my problem.
I bought my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 GT-P5210 a little over a year ago at Electro Dépot (I no longer have the receipt which is usually used for the warranty).
For several days now, it refuses to turn on. So, like everyone else, I tried to charge it with several chargers tested on my phone before, holding down the buttons, and holding down "Power" and "Volume Down" for a long time, which gives me the following message: "Low Battery! The voltage should be 3.4V."
I suppose the battery is dead!
Has anyone here experienced this problem, and did you find a solution? What do you suggest? Something not too expensive if possible ^^

I had exactly the same problem as you... In fact, the battery was just more empty than empty.
In a last-ditch effort "double or nothing", I tried the solution from this video and it worked. I got an error message when my tablet came back to life and it is now continuing to charge peacefully with my usual home screen.

A little bit of precision and patience, it's really worth it. -
Attention, the Galaxy Tab 3 only charges with the designated Samsung charger, and not with a phone charger.
