Bonjour,

Depuis peu je suis incapable d'utiliser google chrome, j'ai cherché d'où pouvait venir le problème et je me suis rendu compte qu'un programme s'allumait à chaque fois, mais il n'y avait rien de bien spécial c'est une petite fenêtre sans rien d'autre qui s'appelle Form1, cette fenêtre "ne répond pas" dans le gestionnaire de tâche, au niveau des processus, j'ai remarqué que le processus de Microsoft.com s'appellant : "T1oylXRSQW" était présent, ne sachant pas ce que c'était, j'ai cherché sur google via internet explorer (qui lui fonctionne) et il est indiqué qu'il s'agit d'un trojan. Lorsque je tue ce processus, je peux réaccéder à google chrome mais ce que je voudrais c'est qu'il ne s'active plus de lui-même et que je ne doive pas à chaque fois que j'allume mon ordinateur aller dans les processus pour le fermer...

Est-ce que quelqu'un à une idée ?

    Salut,

    Pour vérifier l'ordinateur :

    Suis le tutoriel FRST.
    (et bien prendre le temps de lire afin d'appliquer correctement - tout y est expliqué).
    Télécharge et lance le scan FRST, cela va générer trois rapports FRST :
    • FRST.txt
    • Shortcut.txt
    • Additionnal.txt


    Envoie, comme expliqué, ces trois rapports sur le site http://pjjoint.malekal.com et en retour donne les trois liens pjjoint qui mènent à ses rapports ici dans une nouvelle réponse afin que l'on puisse les consulter.

    Ton PC est bien infecté, probablement [url=http://www.malekal.com/2011/06/29/rat-bifrose-botnet-pour-les-nuls/]des Rats (Remote Access Tools)[/url].

    Tu peux envoyer les fichiers suivants sur http://upload.malekal.com

    Une fois, le texte coller dans le bloc-note.
    Menu Fichier puis Enregistrer sous.
    A gauche, place toi sur le bureau.F
    Dans le champs en bas, nom du fichier mets : fixlist.txt
    Clic sur Enregistrer - cela va créer un fichier fixlist.txt sur le bureau.

    Relance FRST et clic sur le bouton Fix
    Selon comment un redémarrage est nécessaire (pas obligatoire).
    Un fichier texte apparaît, copie/colle le contenu ici dans un nouveau message.

    Redémarre l'ordinateur

    puis réinitialise tes navigateurs:

    Réinitialise tes navigateurs et ou manuellement reparamètre tes navigateurs WEB (page de démarrage, moteur de recherche etc) mais aussi supprimer/désactiver les extensions inutiles/parasites :

    ~~

    Ouvre Mon ordinateur
    puis disque C
    ouvre le dossier FRST
    sur le dossier Quarantine
    clic droit puis envoyer vers => dossier compreser
    cela va créer un fichier Quarantine.zip
    Envoie le Quarantine.Zip sur http://upload.malekal.com

    Installe Avast! : https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-antivirus-avast/
    Surtout active les détections LPIs.

      Tu peux ajouter un mot de passe dessus et le renvoyer ?

      Malwarebytes (temps : environ 40min de scan):

      Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte : https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/
      Mets le à jour puis lance un examen.

      A la fin du scan, clic sur "Supprimer Selection" en bas à gauche.
      Redémarre l'ordinateur si besoin.
      Après redémarrage, relance Malwarebytes.
      Vas chercher le rapport dans l'onglet Historique.
      A gauche Journal des examens.
      Doube-clic sur l'examen dans la liste.
      Puis en bas Copier dans le presse papier
      Vas sur http://pjjoint.malekal.com et en bas, clic droit / coller pour coller le rapport du scan Malwarebytes.
      Clic sur envoyer.
      Dans un nouveau message ici en réponse, donne le lien pjjoint afin de pouvoir consulter le rapport.

      j'ai télécharger Avast, et après son scan il a redémarré et rescanné à nouveau et là il vient juste de s'arrêter après avoir supprimé des centaines de fichiers infectés par plusieurs trojan et autres.
      Je vais donc installer le malwarebytes et scanner et vous enverrai le rapport après.

    Si oui supprime le.

    Oui, je pensais avoir répondu mais visiblement j'ai oublié d'envoyer ou... Je sais pas.
    Pour le fichier MSVCR100.dll, je n'arrive pas du tout à le supprimer, est-ce qu'il faut un logiciel pour y arriver ? J'ai également trouvé le fichier msvcr100_clr0400.dll... Est-ce qu'il faudrait le supprimer lui aussi ??

        & msvcr100_clr0400.dll
        & msvcr110.dll
        Faut-il les supprimer tous et comment faire, car il me dit que c'est impossible car le fichier est ouvert dans explorateur windows ?????

      Ton msvcr110.dll dans system32 doit aps avoir la bonne version pour Malwarebyte, c'est pour cela qu'il plante.

    Je pense que c'est bon, fais un scan dans un ou deux jours.
    Change tous tes mots de passe.

    Attention aux fichiers que tu ouvres (cracks, keygen; cheater etc).

    Merci pour tout, mais il me reste le problème du fichier msvcr100.dll qui a été enlevé.
    J'ai vérifier je ne sais vraiment plus imprimer plusieurs documents, je dois a chaque fois attendre que l'impression est finie pour lancer la suivante.
    Je peux remettre ce fichier ?

      Je pense que le mieux pour cela, serait de créer un sujet dans la partie imprimante du forum (partie matériel).
      Essaye de réinstaller les logiciels de ton imprimante.
