Maximum output power 50W x 4 = 200 W?

Hello,

I have a Pioneer AVH - X2600BT in my car and I used to have original speakers with it.
I say used to because I broke them with the bass, so I'm looking to change my speakers for some that are more suitable (I'm willing to spend the money ..)

I was thinking of buying a Focal 165 AS split kit:

However, before ordering it, I would like to know if this kit is compatible because the power handling of this kit is 60 W, and according to the technical data sheet of my stereo, the maximum output power is 50W x 4.

So my question is, is the output power of my stereo high enough or not? Is it equal to 50 W or 200?

Best regards,
Jerem

P.S.: If you have any other audio system suggestions, I'm all ears! :)
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 43.0.2357.132

What should I pay particular attention to between my post and the kit I'm going to buy? So that I don't have any unpleasant surprises like saturation...

Nothing special.
Similar powers.
The 120W, don't pay attention to it.

Hello

You're already confusing your neurons with your power stories.... 4x50w does not equal 200 watts. No....
Each of these amplifiers means your car radio will not deliver 200 to a speaker in the sense you understand it. So, 50 watts max per amplifier and speaker.... To keep it simple, 50w is your value to remember. So your speakers are perfectly fine.... As for the maximum power, it has been tested at 120w for a short peak duration.. So you can buy your Focal speakers without worry.. I should add that the power values are given according to the impedance, for example, 4 ohms or 8 ohms etc. and then also the efficiency of the speakers can be important; basically, the higher the efficiency, the less your amplifier will be stressed.... But the main thing is that neither your car radio nor your speakers are at risk.
