[Livebox] The Livebox is making a strange noise

Hello!
I'm posting a topic here because I have a friend who is having a problem with her Livebox.
Indeed, the internet kept disconnecting, so she reinstalled Wanadoo, and now nothing works. The @ logo on the Livebox is flashing constantly, and we can no longer reach her on her landline not connected to the Livebox (0559...).
What do you think could be the issue?
Thank you in advance for your responses, see you soon!
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

The ticking is not normal.
The rapid blinking of @ means that the Livebox is desynchronized.
If the blinking is slow, it means that the server cannot validate the credentials.

You should try to reset it using this method:

Disconnect all cables connected to your Livebox (USB, Ethernet, and the power cord).
1) Hold down the association button 1 while plugging your Livebox back into the power supply.
2) Keep the association button pressed until the at symbol, double arrow, and telephone indicators light up. The return to factory settings is now complete.
3) You can then release the association button.
4) You need to reconfigure the Livebox.

If that doesn't work, it's done for; you need to call Orange and tell them about the strange noise; also mention that the filter has been changed, the reinstall has been done, as well as the reset, and that the problem is still the same. They will perform some tests, and then they will issue a replacement order.
