Hello,
I’m new to the site, so I’m saying hello to you all, members of the CommentCaMarche community.
So, I have a problem with my neighbors’ dogs. they are 3 small dogs, battery-powered on legs, who keep barking as soon as I put my nose outside ( :@ ). that’s why I’d really like to download (free if possible) ultrasonic devices (>20000Hz) to get rid of the incessant barking when I’m on my terrace. I’ve already tried using the Audacity program, unfortunately it doesn’t allow going up beyond 20000 Hz.
If someone could help me, I’d be very grateful ;-)
