Hello,
Hello, I have a problem with my tablet, it's a Clarys Technology. I restarted the system and it's stuck on the loading page (Clarys Technology appears on the screen and keeps spinning). I tried resetting it and pressing the power button, but nothing happened, and it's been 4 days that I've been trying, and still nothing. It remains on the same page. What should I do to get it working again? Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 43.0.2357.130

'Hi, it's a low-end tablet, but the manufacturer has provided a way to reinstall the firmware:

At the bottom of the page, you have links to reinstall Android from your PC or via an SD card.
Note that you will lose all data on it, apps, everything; it will be 'like new'.
And since no information is available regarding a possible backup menu, and as it's low-end, neither TWRP nor ClockWorkRecovery can be installed on it, there's no other way to proceed.
