need help to remove about blank

I need your help, I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 tablet, it was working very well but I now have a blank ABOUT BLANK startup page that has appeared and I can't get rid of it.
As a result, I can no longer log in to check my emails.....
Who could help me and provide the procedure to follow to remove ABOUT BLANK?

Thank you for your responses, but I have a tablet. I tried to download ADWCleaner with One Net, but once the software was downloaded, it says I can't open the file. So I tried going through the Play Store, but ADWCleaner isn't listed there!
What should I do? I'm fed up with this blank page about:blank.

On my tablet, I go to the settings, general, and I set the homepage. I set it to the Orange portal, but the problem is that it doesn't stay in memory. Every time it displays the blank hidden page, about blank. I'm fed up!!!!

Likewise, there's no control panel. I can sort of manage to fix a PC, but with the tablet, I'm stuck.
