      Thank you Judge, this person wanted to buy my property online and offered to pay in advance by mail in cash. They used overly formal language to be honest, and there was a huge spelling mistake that raised my suspicions... then the following messages, which were much less formal, really make me think that this is the case. Thank you very much for your response, have a good evening.
