Hello,
Here's my problem: I changed my box a few months ago and I can't connect my Epson XP 212 printer (it worked with my old box). I have tried using the installation CD (I haven't changed my PC since) but nothing. When I click "add a printer," I can find it, but when the test page is supposed to be printed, nothing happens.
However, it got added on my friend's PC while I was doing the operation on mine, and my friend didn't do anything to get it.... Also, since then, I can't connect to the internet via the Wi-Fi from my box on my PC.
What can I do to reconnect the printer to my PC and also regain the internet connection from my box on my PC?

Hello
Check your IP addresses, they must be compatible.
For example: if your box is: 192.168.1.1, your devices must have: 192.168.1.xxxx

Thank you, but in the meantime, someone I know has fixed the issue for me, and I forgot to mention it on the forum.

I don't really know how it happened because when we turned the printer back on and put in the installation CD, it worked right away... Even he didn't understand!
