Plantage au démarrage

Bonjour,

Depuis hier mon ordi plante au bout de quelques minutes après le démarrage. Mais il fonctionne très bien en mode sans échec.

Je ne m'y connais pas trop en informatique, donc j'ai cherché sur des forums les solutions proposées pour des problèmes similaires.

En regardant dans l'observateur d'évènement la dernière erreur est la 7001, qui se retrouve même plusieurs fois par minute.

J'ai été voir dans la console de restauration mais toutes les erreurs n'ont pas été réparées, voilà le résultat :

Est-ce que la réparation effectuée à pu régler le pb ? D'où ça peut venir ?

Enfin bref je cherche un peu à droite à gauche en espérant un coup de chance et que ça se remette à fonctionner, sauf que lorsqu'il m'affiche une erreur je comprends rien >.< Donc je me tourne vers vous en espérant que quelqu'un puisse m'aider.

      C'est fait, le scan ne détecte plus de fichiers corrompus, mais ça n'a pas réglé le pb. (Mon ordi doit avoir des crasses à trainer partout je pense... )

    Je viens de voir dans mon gestionnaire de périphériques que Security Processor Loader Driver a le symbole jaune à côté, ça pourrait être la cause du pb ?

    Quand je regarde dans propriétés il me dit : Ce périphérique n'est pas présent, ne fonctionne pas correctement ou tous ses composants ne sont pas installés. (Code 24)

    Pour voir :

    Suis ce tutoriel FRST: https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-farbar-recovery-scan-tool-frst/
    (et bien prendre le temps de lire afin d'appliquer correctement - tout y est expliqué).
    Télécharge et lance le scan FRST, cela va générer trois rapports FRST :
    • FRST.txt
    • Shortcut.txt
    • Additionnal.txt


    Envoie, comme expliqué, ces trois rapports sur le site http://pjjoint.malekal.com et en retour donne les trois liens pjjoint qui mènent à ses rapports ici dans une nouvelle réponse afin que l'on puisse les consulter.

    Une fois, le texte coller dans le bloc-note.
    Menu Fichier puis Enregistrer sous.
    A gauche, place toi sur le bureau.

    Dans le champs en bas, nom du fichier mets : fixlist.txt
    Clic sur Enregistrer - cela va créer un fichier fixlist.txt sur le bureau.

    Relance FRST qui doit se trouver sur le bureau et clic sur le bouton Fix
    Selon comment un redémarrage est nécessaire (pas obligatoire).
    Un fichier texte apparaît, copie/colle le contenu ici dans un nouveau message.

    Redémarre l'ordinateur

    puis réinitialise tes navigateurs:

    Réinitialise tes navigateurs et ou manuellement reparamètre tes navigateurs WEB (page de démarrage, moteur de recherche etc) mais aussi supprimer/désactiver les extensions inutiles/parasites :

    Mon ordi freeze toujours en mode normal, et j'ai en boucle dans l'observateur d'évènement l'erreur 7001 (source : Service control manager) et l'erreur 9 (source : iaStor) et aussi de temps en temps la 10005 (source : distributedCOM)

    Bon apparemment problème résolu. J'ai lancé une vérification et réparation des disques et maintenant tout fonctionne normalement. Je n'ai plus l'erreur 7001, ni d'erreur dans les drivers.
