Questionable New Balance purchases online.

Good evening everyone,
I would like to buy shoes from the New Balance brand, but I don't really know much about this brand, nor the prices, nor the points of sale...
While searching a bit online, I found several very interesting pairs on two websites that seem quite dubious... I would like your opinions on these sites, and especially if you have ordered from them, could you give me your impressions. Additionally, if you could inform me about this brand and especially about reliable sites to purchase from, I would be very grateful.
The first site:

This one seems American and offers shoes for €64.50, regardless of the model...
The second:
http://www.newbalance-boutique.com/
This also seems to be foreign.
PS: I refuse to buy from foreign sites.
I also found the official site: https://www.newbalance.fr/ but unfortunately it does not offer online sales.

Hello,
Just by looking at what is written on your first link, we can already tell you that it's a scam.
Cheapshoes, sale shoes, etc........ it's always scams.
The other site, the prices are like the first, way too low to be true.
Just a reminder, the best deals are not the ones you pay the least for.
Big brands do not discount their products.
So often, when it's indicated as -50, even -60 or -70%, it's almost always a scam.
There are thousands of existing topics on the forum with stories of cheap shoes............

I'm not going to buy on these sites, I just wanted someone to confirm my impressions ^^ and by the way, I don't understand how these sites manage to survive! Are there no verification systems for these kinds of fraudulent sites?
Otherwise, does anyone know of any good deals for buying this type of shoes?
