Hello,
I need to print a large folder produced by someone else. But when I try to print 2 of these documents, part of the text disappears and isn't printed. Additionally, it doesn't display anymore after printing.

Where is the problem?
What should I do?

Thank you

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

    Hi

What type of document is it? Which software is it from? What is the extension in the name?

Is it a .doc, a .docx, an .odt? Something else?

What program do you open it with?

A macro that would format the text?

If you are not allowed to send them, you might not be allowed to print them in full either.

Word document. From Word 2010. No known extension.

      .Docx

      With Word 2010.

It is possible that it is a macro, yes.

In principle, the document is intended for internal use, so printing should be possible; otherwise, the document would be marked as confidential.

      Well, disable the macros.

Ask the creator of the document

If he has made printing impossible, there are reasons

We are getting into unauthorized workarounds (rightly so) on CCM

I will leave it at that for my part

Try to convert your document to PDF before printing it. Sometimes, it solves a lot of issues…

Unfortunately, I've already tried that and it doesn't work.

Another printer does the same... have you tried?!
Is there a "neutral" page that you could send for a test?

      It's not the printer's problem.
It's the text or the document that is formatted to erase part of the text for one reason or another.
Unfortunately, these are documents that I am not allowed to send.
There are only 2 documents that pose this problem for me. All the others worked fine and it's different text areas that are being erased.

    Hello....

You say that afterwards, your doc doesn't show up anymore: was it destroyed?!

    Best regards,

No, part of the text is no longer displaying. However, if I undo the last action, it reappears.
