I just want a phone number to pay my bill.

I would like to pay my Free bill of 8 euros and 42 cents by credit card. I have been asking you for several days, and I don't have a number to call you. In the meantime, my mobile phone has been cut off, even though it would be simple to regularize my situation, especially for such a small amount. I am a man of nearly 70 years, so not very skilled with the internet. You are disappointing me a lot. I think I will look for another operator that is easier to reach if no solution resolves my problem.

you just need to dial 3244 from a Free landline or Free mobile
otherwise call charges may apply but you will still get the number
listen carefully to the voicemail and press the option that corresponds, you will be connected with a person who will guide you

Beyond the 3244, there's no one to answer my questions REGARDING THE PAYMENT OF MY INVOICE; I can't find a specific contact person.
