Hello everyone!
I recently bought a DELSON TB600M keyboard to learn piano and I want to connect my keyboard to my PC so I can record myself with AUDACITY software. But I can't manage to do it...
My keyboard is connected to the PC via a MIDI USB cable. (the IN in the OUT and the OUT in the IN). In the sound and audio device manager/audio/MIDI playback, my device seems to be recognized because it is listed as:
USB audio device
USB audio device (2)
There is also "soundMAX wavetable synth" and the last one "GS mic sound table synth"
I selected the USB audio device and tried all the others as well...
In AUDACITY when I want to record, I have to choose the recording source and there I have the choice between
"line input", "sound mixer output", "aux", "microphone", and "CD player"...
I tried all these sources but no sound is recorded when I start recording.
If someone has the solution to my problem, they will make me a happy person!
Thank you in advance for your responses :-)

If I understood correctly, you connect your synth with the "MIDI out" via a USB MIDI adapter. In this case, know that MIDI does not carry any sound, but a control signal (it tells to play a specific note at a certain nuance), so you won't hear any sound!
You need either to use an expander (where the sounds are recorded) or have a virtual expander on your PC.
But as "mike87" said, you can simply connect the headphone jack of your keyboard to the microphone input (pink/red jack) of your PC via a jack cable that you can find at any multimedia seller. (Well, it will be mono sound)
There you go, happy recording!
