Hello everyone.
Yesterday around 7 PM, I sent a text message to participate in the TV game show Money Drop. The system of these games is to pay for a sent SMS as well as for a received SMS containing a question. But I didn't receive any texts that evening after my message was sent. I let it go, thinking that losing €0.65 wasn't a big deal. But what a surprise it was when I woke up to find that I had received 50 texts from TF1, all premium rate. This has resulted in an extra charge of €36.40. According to you, what steps should I take, as this is an error on TF1's part, as I was only supposed to receive one message, and almost immediately after? Thank you for your help.
