Touchpad not working on Packard Bell laptop

Hello,

My touchpad is no longer working on my Packard Bell Easynote TE 11HC. I installed the driver and nothing works.

I think the problem occurred when I dismantled the PC to change a component, and also because I plugged in a USB mouse??

    Except that it's as if my touchpad is not detected, I only have HID mouse (USB mouse).
