Hello,
Right now I'm hosting a lot of photos via image hosts like zupimages or hostingpics, and yesterday I got a Trojan alert from my antivirus on one of these sites. The virus was marked inactive, so I emptied the quarantine. Today, I had the same Trojan alert on another hosting site as yesterday (hostingpics), which is also marked inactive by my antivirus, but I'm not very trusting. Could this Trojan come from the ads on these sites? I've been using them for a long time without any issues before. I'm worried that a Trojan may be on my computer and marked as inactive when it's not. What can I do to check this? I tried a scan with Malwarebytes, but it didn't find anything.
Thank you in advance for your help.

This is the scam: https://forum.malekal.com/viewtopic.php?t=51261&start=
I already installed adblock to avoid ads, I'll see if it comes back but I hope not.
It could also be a false positive from the antivirus.
I went to check the image hosting site, didn't see anything unusual.
I shouldn't risk anything, right?
